Decision Surfaces

Decision Surfaces

Purpose

A Decision Surface is a named governance decision boundary used to organize customer material for evaluation.

Current Reference Surfaces

The repository preserves customer-reference examples for decision review, fraud review, and prior authorization review scenarios.

These examples are preparation aids. They do not define runtime execution behavior.

Decision Surface Guidance

When preparing material for a Decision Surface:

  • Identify the customer decision being governed.
  • Capture the Business Semantics that make the decision meaningful.
  • Define the Decision Mapping from source facts to the selected surface.
  • Attach evidence and lineage.
  • Validate the resulting customer-reference artifact.

Runtime behavior for evaluated surfaces remains authoritative in foxcommand-runtime.

Next Step

Use Governed Execution when customer-owned material has been mapped to the selected surface.
